Heritage Collection on Boat Quay Southbridge Wing is situated in bustling areas with several bars and restaurants in the vicinity which operate into the night. All rooms feature double-glazed windows to help reduce street noise; however, some noise may still be noticeable during bar operating hours. Guests who are very sensitive to noise should consider this before booking.

This is a non-smoking property. A fine of SGD 1,000 will be charged if smoking is detected. Management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
