Village Residence Hougang is located in the heartlands of Singapore's suburban town, with 78 fully-furnished two & three-bedroom apartments and a wide range of facilities and services. Conveniently located next to the Hougang 1 Shopping Mall, our guests gets to experience a variety of shopping options, from hypermarket for daily groceries, clinics, fashion boutiques, restaurants, to a 24-hour food court. With its unique location, our guests will get to live like a local, submerged in the local Singapore neighbourhood and culture, it is also ideal for Business travellers, as it is conveniently situated close to the Singapore’s northeast business and industrial hubs.
A multi-racial team of Malay, Chinese and Indian, with different cultural backgrounds who are able to serve our guests from different nationalities and understand their needs. Housekeeping services is provided 3 times per week, except for Sundays & Public holidays.
A short walk away is a community centre, where sports facilities and function halls can be rented at a small fee. Often, community events are held there, and guests can partake in the rich diversified culture that Singapore has to offer. Our guests will never feel hungry with the proximity of a 24-hr food court just next to us and grocery shopping is a breeze at the hypermart.
