We are a family farm that basically deals with integrated viticulture and olive growing. It was founded by grandparents -nono Silvo and nona Vilma Lukač, recently the reins have been taken over by daughter Selma with her partner Darko and daughters Eva and Petra and helped by their partners and other relatives. We are passionate travellers and friendly hosts, which is why we have added this pleasant accommodation to the existing tourist farm activities. With us our guests can fully experience Slovenian Istria countryside. The members of our family are also the calm cat Kiti, the spoiled orange cat Zlatan and the playful dog Loti. The three turtles that have found their own corner in our garden are also our full-time members. We are proud of our country, which is why we are happy to assist you in planning your discovery of the Slovenian Istria.

The cottage is located on the edge of the village Montinjan. Its trademark is a large olive tree, which is the first to welcome you at the arrival. It is surrounded by greenery, vineyards and olive trees. A tall hedge provides you with shade on summer days and complete privacy. The house is equipped with the living room with sleeping area, the bathroom with toilet and the full equipped kitchen. The door of the living room leads directly to the covered terrace. There is a brick trough with running drinkable water, and a wood-burning grill. It is suitable for a stay of 4 people. A path leads from the terrace to a 700 m2 meadow with an orchard. The plot is fenced, so it is particularly suitable for the play of exuberant children and pets. From the meadow, the view to the sea is admired.

The cottage is in the village of Montinjan in the heart of the Refošk region. It is surrounded by many vineyards, olive groves and walking paths along them. The smaller Path from the waterfall to the spring leads right past the cottage. This can be expanded with the Path for the Heart P8, which connects Lake Vanganel and Marezige. Only 2 km above the village is the central part of Marezige with the church and the famous wine fountain. Close to the cottage there are also the family cellar and the tourist farm. There you can experience authentic local cuisine. It is possible to taste wine and olive oil and buy the season fruits/vegetables and products of the winery. It is only about 8 km to Koper and the sea, i.e. 15 minutes by car.
