And again, we’d like to let you know that our property includes a historical mill, which has now become a natural pool. This unique and beautiful spot is truly special, but for safety and preservation reasons, we don't recommend using the pool for swimming or other activities.
If you decide to use the natural pool anyway, please do so at your own risk. We cannot take responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages.

Before becoming a residential space, our apartment was originally a mill for grinding grains into flour, built in 1907. The house itself was built in 1924. The mill was a family business for three generations and played an important role in the local community. Over time, it was transformed into two charming apartments, retaining its historical character while offering modern amenities. Complementing them is a natural pool where guests can relax and refresh. Guests have the option to use the pool, but they do so at their own risk and responsibility.
And again, we would like to inform you that our property includes a historical mill which has now become a natural pool. While it is a unique and beautiful feature of our location, we do not recommend using the pool for swimming or other activities due to safety concerns and preservation efforts.
If you choose to use the natural pool, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of using the pool.

At the same time, the town of Kobarid is nearby, approximately 3-4 km away, providing quick and easy access to all amenities. The proximity to the Soča River is perfect for sports enthusiasts.
