Hello and Welcome to garden apartents Janša. I'm Jože, a father of three, and a loving husband. Together with my wife Staša we want to spread laugter and smiles. That's my moto, spreading happines. When there are many more happy people around me that is even better. I love my wife's new gardening, farming hobby which brings me joy as well. I have two sons and one daughter. One son is a pilot and travels all over Europe and Africa. Katja my daughter is one with animals and loves her parrot and turtle. My second son is great with computers, you are very welcome to look at our web-page that he created, its amazing!

Set in a peaceful but active green setting, our property features several spacious, fully equipped apartments, designed for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re looking for quality time with your loved ones or exciting outdoor fun, you’ll find the perfect space here. Our large shared garden is a true highlight — a sunny, safe spot where kids can play freely while adults unwind, fire up the barbecue, hop in the pool or plan the next day's adventure. Just a short stroll away, you'll also find Katja’s Gardens, named after my daughter. This vibrant and thriving garden is home to strawberries, fresh herbs, and a variety of seasonal vegetables. We’re also proud to offer homemade strawberry marmalade, honey from our own beehives, and fresh eggs from our chickens. Our home is located in the suburb of Radovljica — a historic town with a beautifully preserved Renaissance old center. Once a bustling trading hub, Radovljica remains a gateway to Slovenia’s treasures, with easy access to Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj, the Pokljuka Plateau, Radovna Valley, and the mountains above Kranjska Gora. Even the vibrant capital city, Ljubljana, is just a short drive away. Our location offers the best of both worlds: stunning nature and endless activities. Within walking distance, enjoy a modern bowling center, public swimming pool, and a safe children's playground. Just a short walk away is Lake Šobec, perfect for summer relaxation.
