Fani&Rozi B&B is a boutique bed and breakfast since 2020. We are a team of dedicated people from Maribor and from all over the world. Fani&Rozi stands out with its unique location on the recently renovated Drava promenade in the heart of medieval Maribor. Our guests have an exceptional view of the wide river and its bridges, the Renaissance fortification Judgement Tower, the Minorite monastery and the huge oak tree, which is the oldest tree in the city center. Fani was the name of our great-grandmother, who once owned a small store where the rafters could buy groceries, cigarettes, matches and even nails and socks. Rozi was our beloved grandmother who was known for her hospitality. Each unit/room has its own character based on the exciting and rich traditions of the place. The sun terrace is part of a café garden (open at weekends) where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and local wines. Special emphasis is placed on the local breakfast. The newly renovated property welcomes guests since July 2020.

B&B Fani&Rozi is located in the medieval heart of Maribor. The World's Oldest Vine is only 200 meters away. The medieval historical monuments surround us as well as the local market. The recently renovated riverside is now a traffic-free zone for walking, running, cycling and relaxing. Many restaurants and cafes are within a 5-10 minute walk. Parking is available in the garage just around the corner under the main market, at Hoffer (Aldi) and DM (150 m away). The center of Maribor with the Gothic cathedral, the Slovenian National Theater and the Opera House as well as the Main Square and Vinag Wine Cellar is only 500 m away. Do not miss out on visiting the beautiful park or hiking up Piramida Hill. The local bus stop is 500 m away and the main train station is 2 km away. Sports activities: The nearest fitness center and the Olympic indoor swimming pool are 350 m away. Pohorje with its ski resorts is 6 km away and can be reached by bus line 6 (Vzpenjača).
