Vital Lux floating house is designed very precised for maximum comfort of 4 - 6 guests (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). House was build in 2022 and provides guests one master bedroom with smart flat-screen TV, second bedroom with bunkbed (ideal for 2 children) and livingroom with second smart flat-screen TV (Netflix) and sitting area (sofa) or additional bed (for 1 or 2 person), wodden patio - small and large on top with jacuzzi and modern terrace furniture with swing chair, sea and garden views, very good internet connection, AC, bathroom electric heater for colder days, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nesspresso / Dolce gusto), toaster, tea kettle and a microwave. Thanks to its special design, houseboat provides a wonderful holiday when you are on the water. Welcome on board. BIKES: If you want to discover nearby Portorose and scenic surroundings or ride to the local market/shop, there are 2 pony bikes at your disposal. PETS: pets are welcomed, except certain aggressive breeds. If you bring your furry pet friend, you have to notify us before arrival. Pet fee: a non-refundable 10 eur/day. What are the rules for Pets? * Bring pets cushion. Pets are not allowed to sleep on couches, beds or other furniture because of hygiene reasons and allergies people might have. * If your pet is likely to jump on couches please bring a blanket or their bed to protect the furniture. Extra cleaning fees will apply if pet hair is found on furniture or bed linen. * Dogs are not allowed to be left alone/unattended in/around the boathouse. * You can bring 1 pet. Marina Portorož is located in the northeastern part of the Bay of Piran in the immediate vicinity of Portorož, Slovenia’s largest tourist center. Marina Portoroz is an excellent choice for travelers offering a family-friendly environment alongside many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay. Nearby landmarks such as Campsite Lucija, park&beach area Seca Cape Beach, lovely park Forma Viva and green nature make Marina Portoroz a great place to stay.
