Just 1 km from main Portoroz centre and 5km from Piran's main square ... but completely secluded in the olive gardens above the city lies OliveGardens Cottage. A simple cottage was build in 1970s’ to store tools on the ruins of the old farmhouse from 16th century in the middle of the 3.300 m2 olive & fruit terraces facing both the view of the Bay of Trieste and the Bay of Piran
The cottage was restored & renewed maintaining as much as possible in 2022-23 and now offers a very private small apartment for two persons two persons or a small family.But the life is outside.
Enjoy the huge secluded and totally private garden with one of the best views on Slovene coast. Lounge under the olive or cherry trees. Enjoy the 9x4m pool on the lower terrace with panoramic vistas (May-Oct). Hike the hills, mount your bike and descend the 1.5 km to the sea. Plant a rose in our garden. Go exploring – as you should in Istria. And if you'd like to try some of the local Michelin or other splendid restaurants - we have a package for you!
