It is surrounded by a lawn where you can have breakfast and relax while enjoying a splendid view.

The house is located on the edge of a forest rich in flora and fauna.
Behind the house, a forest road leads to Mount Auremiano, where you can enjoy a splendid 360° view.
Trieste in Italy and Koper in Slovenia are a 30-minutes drive away. The UNESCO protected Škocjan, Divača, and Vilenica caves are just a few kilometers away, and the famous Grotta Gigante (Borgo Grotta Giggante) located near Trieste is around 30 minutes drive away.
Nearby villages offer several restaurants where you can sample traditional dishes accompanied by a good wine, and unique white Lipizzaner horses stables are just 15 minutes drive away.
In just over half an hour, you can reach Opatija (Croatia), with its splendid waterfront and restaurants serving traditional delicacies.
The famous, one-of-a-kind Postojna Cave is about 45 minutes away, and Slovenian capital Ljubljana is an hour away.
