Other things to note: Please, note that upon booking, you will receive a link to complete our registration form and upload a copy of the ID of all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to check-in. There is a spiral staircase inside the home. The washer is out of order until further notice. There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. We kindly ask all guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300 USD penalty. - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Pets are not allowed. There is an electricity fee of 100 USD for stays longer than 28 nights. Electricity costs are notably high in Turks and Caicos, so please be aware of your consumption by turning off lights and air conditioning when you aren't home. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. This gorgeous property is located on the west side shores of Chalk Sound National Park, where you’ll be about a 5-minute drive from Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. The location of the property is one of the most tranquil and serene areas, but no worries, you’ll be within about a 15-minute drive to Providenciales, where you’ll find water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping.
