This 36sqm 1-bedroom apartment is part of the ultra-modern Tropics residence in the heart of Kamala and less than 15min walk from one of Phuket's best beaches. It offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and tropical chic. The large windows let a lot of bright tropical light in, while the perfect insulation and aircon keep the space fresh. You can relax in the residence several pools or enjoy the beautiful sunset from the rooftop infinity pool, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The living room and bedroom are nicely separated by a glass partition, providing a true sense of space, particularly beneficial to a longer stay. At night, you can draw the curtains for more intimacy. Many of our guests happily extend their holidays here. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV and flows seamlessly into the open kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is comfortable with a king size bed and a private bathroom with rain shower. This is the residence with the best amenities in town, including a renowned health clinic with international doctors. Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and shared WIFI are also included. Electricity is not included and will be charged separately at 200 THB/day. (The full amount of electricity will be charged at check-in). Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.
