Private apartment in Laguna - brand new Condo, best location and amenities, just 800m to Bang Tao beach! Complimentary housekeeping service every 2 days is already included in the rate. A cozy living space awaits when you enter this apartment. It is fully air conditioned, decorated in modern style and equipped for a perfect holiday. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 750 baht per time, including a change of linen and towels. Book 48 hours in advance.

Neighbourhood information

Just 10 mins walk from the Condo there is the Boat Avenue shopping complex with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, a big fresh local market, and an European supermarket Villa Market. The modern Porto De Phuket shopping complex, with numerous restaurants, Tors supermarket, boutiques and food court, is just a short ride away. Within a 10 mins drive you can reach the Blue Tree Phuket Water Park - an immense playground designed for adults and kids to spend a day of fun in the warm waters of a tropical island. With its multicolored and brightly decorated buildings, the park is easy to spot on the roadside of Cherngtalay.
