Guests can sit back and relax in the sun loungers beside the pool. Free barbecue facilities and outdoor dining area are provided. All guests have access to free WiFi throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Walking Street Pattaya is 2 km from the property. The accommodation is fitted with a living area with a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV with international cable channels. We are looking forward to welcome you all to our private oasis in Pattaya. We have been busy at Butterfly Garden Boutique Residences preparing for that day. We have added some beautiful, new outdoor furnishings to our pool garden. These pieces were specially designed for us by a local artisan. We know you will enjoy the enhanced experience. Since we only have 15 units, social distance is always recognized. Each unit is a private residence that is maintained by our housekeeping staff for your convenience and well-being.free of charge every four days. Linens are professionaly cleaned at a commercial laundry to our hygenic specifications. We think sustainable environments are important.. Our green enery policy includes an electrical allowance for each room. 40 KW free for 2 bed units and 20 KW free for one bed units. Wxcess will be charged at 6 THB per KW
