1. Des Res situated in the quiet residential area , the greenery surrounding is very unique ,making all the stay here so nice and peaceful. 2. With 24 hours security plus CCTV around the premise make all tenants enjoy the stay with high safety . 3 . There is on site motor bike which guest can call anytime for going to several places eg shopping mall or supermarket.
With decades of travelling experiences , we highly value the good accommodation of each trip that it fulfilled our happiness along each journey. The nice , comfortable stay could make such trip as the good memorable one. This inspires us to develop " Des Res " for bringing the happiness for every stay and for everyone ,which is the true purpose of "Des Res " ...........just to be your desirable residence.
Sukhumvit 107 is in the vicinity of Bangna area, the good combination of residence area amidst fast growing commercial eg shopping mall and exhibition center eg BITEC. The Bearing BTS station is nearby , make it easy to commute anywhere in downtown Bangkok . Guests thus can fully enjoy daily activity with ease and come back for a good relax among peaceful environment of Des Res Serviced Apartment .
