Guests who wish to make use of the chargeable speedboat service are requested to inform the property of their expected flight landing time by completing the "Special Request" box when booking or by contacting the property directly via phone or email. Transfer Service:

The resort provides the land & sea transfer from/to a hotel in Phuket or Phuket Airport to Elixir Koh Yao Yai with below details;

Option 1) Joint Resort Speedboat + Private Car @ THB 1,500. - per person per way from Phuket Airport/Hotel in Phuket. Minimum 6 persons (advance reservation is required)

 Phuket to Koh Yao Yai

• Pickup from Phuket Airport/Phuket hotel to Phuket Pier: 1 hour

• Speedboat from Phuket Pier to Elixir Koh Yao Yai: 30 min

• Total Duration: 1 hour and a half

• Departing at 12pm

 Koh Yao to Phuket

• Speedboat from Resort Beach/Pier near the resort to Phuket Pier: 30 min

• Pickup from Phuket pier to Phuket airport/Hotel in Phuket: 1 hour

• Total Duration: 1 hour and a half

• Departing at 11am

A minimum of 6 passengers is required for the boat service to operate. Schedule may change due to a minimum requirement of 6 passengers, or due to weather and sea conditions, please re-confirm for your trip at least 24hrs before. **Additional times may be available during high season, please check with our reservations team

Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions and/ or speed boat technical problems, all transfers will be made by public speed boat.

Option 2) Public Speedboat + Private Car @ THB 1,200. - per person per way from Phuket Airport/Hotel in Phuket. Minimum 2 persons.

 Phuket to Koh Yao Yai

• Pickup from Phuket Airport/Phuket hotel to Phuket Pier: 1 hour prior to the boat departure

• Bang Rong Pier near Phuket airport: Speed boat takes 30 mins (Boat schedule: 9.30am, 11am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm**The schedule may vary change without any notice in advance subject to the weather and sea condition. Please check with our reservations team prior to the arrival date**

• Pickup from Chong Lard pier in Koh Yao Yai to the resort: 40 mins

• Total Duration: 2 hours

 Koh Yao to Phuket (Please kindly contact the resort reservation during stay the above schedule may change subject to flight arrival times or weather and sea conditions.)

• Pickup from Resort to Koh Yao Yai pier: 1 hour prior to the boat departure

• Chong Lard pier: Speed Boat takes 30 mins (Boat schedule: 06:30am, 07:00am, 07:40am, 09:00am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm**The schedule may vary change without any notice in advance subject to the weather and sea condition. Please check with our reservations team prior to the arrival date**

• Pickup from Bang Rong pier in Phuket to the airport/Phuket hotel: Approx. 40-1hour

• Total Duration: 2 hours

Private Transfer by Elixir Koh Yao Yai.

 Private speed boat is available upon request at THB 8,000/one way/trip (maximum 8 people is operated from 6am to 6pm, Reservation is required minimum 2 days in advance or at the time of booking)

• Pickup: Phuket Airport/Phuket hotel to Phuket Pier: 30 min

• Private speedboat: Phuket Pier to Elixir Koh Yao Yai: 30 min

• These transfer services offered by the hotel are non-refundable.

• Private transfers on request are also available

• Land & Sea transfer from other destination can be arranged on request
