Unfortunately, these amenities are not accessible for short-term guests staying below 30 days. This policy is in place to ensure that long-term residents can fully enjoy these facilities while maintaining the tranquility and comfort of the community. If short-term guests attempt to use these facilities, the building management may impose an additional fee of 5,000 Thai Baht per person as a penalty for unauthorized usage.
