Rules of cond jomtien hill resort please be ecofriendly, close electricity and air con when you go out. Be aware can get cold sick with too much aircon, better use the fan. Be quiet, not noise in common aeras, do not disturb other residents. swimming pool close 10 pm no food no drink at swimming pool. If you break you pay. You must give 5.000bath security deposit, for break, electricity that you will get back departure if no problem.
