A contemporary Thai style with touches of Asian antiques & artifacts, Villa Aliya's short walk away from the delightful white sands of Kata Noi Beach. The villa has spacious living & dining area, & floor-to-ceiling windows giving jaw-dropping views of the Sea. There’s a modern, open-plan kitchen within the villa as well. Villa Features: 🛏️ Spacious Bedrooms: Each bedroom is generously sized, providing a private oasis for relaxation. 🍽️ Modern Kitchen: The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, conveniently located next to the adjoining dining room. 🛋️ Open Living Area: Enjoy the expansive living room, complete with oversized sofas and a huge TV, perfect for family gatherings and movie nights. 📺 Villa is located in Katamanda estate 5-10 mins walk to beach .There is also tennis court in the estate. Neighbourhood information

This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. Guest staying at Katamanda villa Aliya can also enjoy many activities nearby such as ATV, view points hikes, surf house and beach club. Many cafes and local restarants are only 5 mins walk. Newly opened FIRA beach club is just 5-10 mins walk from the villa.

Security deposit will be collected on arrival in cash BHT 25,000, or customers can also have the option to have the security deposit held by credit card.

Please note that renovation work of the fitness center will be carried out from October 1st, 2025, to November 30th, 2025. It is scheduled to reopen on 1st December 2025.
