This Mew Resort is 6 minutes (300m) walk from the nearest beach. Set in south of Pattaya, the resort offers accommodation or space for large group of families or friends. Free parking is available on the street just in front of Mew Resort. There is a gym, money changer and pharmacy across the road. Nearby 7-11 (50m) and Tops. It is near many cafes, restaurants and food court located at Soi Phratamnak 4 and 5 (next street). It is also near Jomtien beach, a place with lots of Thai street food vendors. Additional services (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO FREE DAILY CLEANING):- - Free usage of towels (1 each for 1 pax per stay) will be provided. Additional cleaning lady service available: 2000 baht per villa per cleaning (includes laundry fee for bed linens and towels). Therefore, please indicate the correct number of people. -Additional fee of 500 baht per person per night would be charged for each additional person above the maximum 30 persons for this Mew Resort. - Each pet will be charged 1,000 baht for pet fur thorough cleaning. Cash deposit:- - A security deposit of 15,000 baht is required upon arrival. Deposit will be returned during check out. Monthly rental:- In the event of monthly rental, the electricity and water bill shall be borne by the guests.

It is located at the highest hilly area in Pattaya, called Phratamnak. The Mew Resort is located to many cafes, restaurants and food court at Soi Phratamnak 4 and 5 (next street). Travel tips:- 1) Private car transportation from Bangkok airports to Pattaya at approx. 1600 baht (contact available after booking confirmation). 2) Beautiful location, gorgeous sunset, lesser traffic. Drive to next street at Soi Phratamnak 5 and Soi Phratamnak 6 to find more cafes, restaurants and pubs. 3) Buy a tourist SIM card at the airport to make your trip easier (call taxi, new friends, make reservations, etc) or at Central Festival Pattaya shopping centre. 4) You can order food from any restaurants that deliver to Mew Resort from the GrabFood or Foodpanda app or other websites. 5) Download both GRAB and BOLT apps for ease of booking transportation in moving around Pattaya. Non-peak hours: 70-80 baht to Walking Street and Central Festival Pattaya. Peak hours and late night: approx. 150 baht (based on previous trips).
