The fine print
For Monthly rate plan, the guest needs to know monthly rental rate terms and conditions before booking as the T&C are different from Daily rate.
Monthly rate Conditions:
Includes: Complimentary towel changes. Cleaning with linen changes 2 times/month
Excludes: Water, Electricity and Telephone charges [inclusive of all applicable taxes)
• Electricity: THB 8 per unit
• Water: THB 30 per unit or minimum THB 200/month for One bedroom unit and THB 300/ month for Two Bedrooms Unit.
• Telephone: THB per actual duration and TOT charges
For one month rental, upon check-in, THB 5,000 (1 bedroom), THB 10,000 (2-Bedroom) security deposit for any damages or breakages is required in cash only. If damages exceed the deposit amount, TENANT will be held responsible to cover the cost of damages.
TENANT agree to pay a cleaning fee of THB 1,500 (1 bedroom), THB 2,200 (2-Bedroom) at the end of tenancy if the premise is not returned in the clean condition identical to when move in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
