日本「ウボンの町の中心付近に立地し、空港から近いです。
洋館風建築で廊下や部屋にダ・ヴィンチやゴッホなどの名画（もちろん本物ではないです）が飾ってあり興味深かったです。タイっぽさを求める方には向きません555（笑）。
部屋に書斎のような大きなデスクがあり読書灯も点くので仕事場などにも向いています。ドライヤーが部屋にあるのが助かりました。エアコンや冷蔵庫は日本メーカー製で嬉しい。
