The Philippa Villa offers a modern open plan living area with a well appointed chef style kitchen and dining for six around a beautiful locally handmade dining table. The spacious lounge benefits from contemporary furnishings including HD TV and the best WiFi internet on the island. For your comfort there are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa. The luxurious master bedroom includes ‘his’ and ‘her’ sinks, a luxury rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe. There is plenty of storage with his and hers wardrobes with a free standing wooden wall dividing it from the sleeping area. The room also enjoys a comfortable super king size bed, at the foot of which is a luxury sleeper bath for those self indulgent moments. Guest have access throughout the villa and it gardens that surround. You have a private out door pool that has panoramic views of the evergreen jungle from the right, breath taking views of the Indian ocean to the front and Lamai bay to the left.

We follow guidelines based on insight and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Cleanliness has always been top of our list for guests, and it’s even more important now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. It’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, remote controls and tap handles often, especially between reservations. We also don’t forget sofas, curtains and other soft, porous surfaces. That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets. We include cleaning and disinfecting laundry baskets.
 We also empty the vacuum cleaner after every clean, wiping down the vacuum, and additionally line rubbish bins. Placing bags into trash bins will make it easier to dispose of tissues and other waste. House rules, Be respectful to Thai culture and the environment. Respect and leave the property as you arrived for the benefit of other guests.
