The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest with positive identification upon check-in at the hotel.

If any payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required in order to process a new payment that matches the guest's name, please be informed that all refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee deducted from the total amount by the payment system.
