- In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), starting November 1, Thailand has allowed fully vaccinated travelers who are traveling by air from low-risk and only eligible 63 countries for quarantine-free travel. Travelers entering Thailand under exemption from quarantine scheme will have to take a RT-PCR COVID-19 test once arrive and wait for test result at SHA+ or AQ hotel for 1 night or until negative result will be received.

- We regret to inform you that unfortunately we have found it necessary to close our swimming pool from September 1, 2022 onwards to carry out emergency repairs which cannot be postponed.
- We have arranged for our guests to use the swimming pool at the Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai opposite U Nimman Chiang Mai or only 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel with a free of charge drink beside the pool from the chosen selection with our compliments. May we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by these essential repairs and thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter.
