Recently built Villa Atoosa is part of Baannaraya, a very exclusive small residence in the southern tip of Phuket. It is within easy walking distance of Sai Yuan, the commercial heart of Rawai and close to best loved Naiharn Beach. Built with premium materials in a modern Balinese style, the Villa exudes charm, luxury and offers absolute comfort with lots of natural lighting shining in through the full front sliding windows. The 3m high ceilings provide excellent and healthy air circulation. The swimming pool's crystal-clear water is slightly salted and does not require any chlorine treatment. It leaves the skin smooth and it is much gentler on the eyes. It is ideal for children who will be able to play in for hours! Villa Atoosa has 3 ensuite bedrooms, each one decorated in its own style with a large king size bed and full aircon. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun deck and swimming pool and is connected to the living room. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals, that you will be able enjoy indoors or on the large terrace. Around the pool, there is a good-sized garden, flush with beautiful tropical plants. - Please note that electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh).(Expect to pay 150 THB per day per bedroom). - Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot upon request. Child sharing existing bed with adult (Aged 0 - 12 years old) is free. Extra beds are not available. - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. - Cleaning the room and changing the sheets and towels require an additional fee. - Smoking in the room is not allowed. - Smoking Cannabis is strictly forbidden.

Villa Atoosa is located in Soi Samakki 1, a small and peaceful street linked to Soi Sai Yuan, the main commercial area of Rawai. You can easily access by foot shops like 7/11 or Family Mart as well as local & international restaurants and other shops and boutiques. Naiharn’s stunning beach is a mere 3 minute-drive. Tucked between palm-covered hills and dominated by Nai Harn’s peaceful temple, Nai Harn beach has managed to keep a laid back and unspoiled atmosphere. Less crowded than Kata or Karon beaches, it is popular among locals and long-time expatriates for its long stretch of white sand, clear waters and relaxed feel. Distance to key points: Airport= 50 minutes, Patong= 20 minutes, Kata and Naiharn beaches= 10 minutes, Promthep Cape= 10 minutes, Chalong Port= 10 minutes. Rawai Seafood village= 10 minutes. Phuket town= 20 minutes. Rawai is the perfect place for those who like outdoor and sea activities and to experience the real Thai culture.
