Villas Del Sol comprises of three villas built in to the beautiful rocky mountainside of the South Coast of Koh Tao in Chalock Baan Kao. All of the villas offer unrestricted, stunning views over Shark Bay, an excellent spot for snorkelling and is only 1 minute walk away. Villas Del Sol is easily accessible by road although it is a little steep so if you are renting a motorbike it is advisable to take it slow. We have a restaurant off site that will deliver great quality and delicious Italian/French cuisine straight to your door. The nearest restaurant is only a short walk away and is situated in the resort opposite.

The Villas Del Sol are located on the south coast of Koh Tao in Chalok Baan Kao. A convenient area known for its wide variety of beaches, bays, viewpoints, remote snorkelling spots, high quality diving schools, tropical gardens and local restaurants. If you wish to live in a more authentic and peaceful area where there is a lot to discover, Chalok is the ideal place for you. The villas are located 2 km from Mae Haad pier and 3 km from Sairee city centre. The nearest beach to Villas Del Sol is Shark Bay. Shark Bay is a minutes walk away and is one of the top snorkelling spots on Koh Tao. The bay is shallow so easy to snorkel and is residence to black tip reef sharks and turtles. The nearest restaurant is located in Jamahkiri, the resort opposite. The convenience store is approx. 15 minutes walk away. Koh Tao is great for every sort of traveller and has activities that cater to everyone. Some of these activities include snorkelling, diving, rock climbing, abseiling, hiking and trapeze.

Please note that the minimum age for renting the villa is 18 years. The villa is only allowed to be used by those registered to stay in the villa. The property requires prepayment. Guests who wish to use the free round-trip transfer from the pier to the villa are kindly requested by the property to provide arrival and departure details at the time of booking under "Special Requests". Guests are kindly requested to keep the volume of noise to the minimum after 22:00 hrs. Please note that it is not recommended for children under 5 years to stay at the property due to safety reasons.

We are delighted to announce that Villas Del Sol will soon be undergoing upgrades to make your experience even more enjoyable.

These enhancements, scheduled over the coming months, will further beautify and modernize our property.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the quality and comfort of Villas Del Sol, certain activities may occasionally result in slight noise disturbances, only for a few hours during the day.
