2021 komplett renovierte Wohnung in dreistöckigem Haus mit separatem Eingang. Garten mit Aussengrill und Essbereich. Grosse Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick, Loungemöbeln und 1.20m tiefem Pool (3.70m x 3.30m), wo man sich herrlich abkühlen kann. 2 Bäder, wobei eines direkt an das Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebunden ist. Das zweite Schlafzimmer überzeugt mit 1.80m grossem Bett und eigenem Whirlpool. Im letzten Schlafzimmer befinden sich ebenfalls 2 Einzelbetten. Für die kühleren Wintermonate ist die Sauna ideal geeignet. Wohn- und Essbereich sind zusammen mit der Küche (vollkommen eingerichtet) offen gestaltet. Direkter Panoramablick aufs Meer garantiert! Villa mız, yeni olduğu için ilk defa bu sene müşteri alıyoruz. 3 oda, jacuzzi, ufak havuz, balkon, sauna, bahce ve mangal. Aren Guest house new re-built with 3 bedrooms, whirpool, mini pool at balcony and sauna in.
Mehmet ist ein offener und kontaktfreudiger Mensch, der 15 Jahre in der Schweiz gelebt hat, bevor er wieder in die Türkei zurückgekehrt ist. Er spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Türkisch. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen stehen er und seine Frau Aysen stets zur Verfügung. Auch Empfehlungen bezüglich Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. werden gerne abgegeben. Mehmet lebt direkt überhalb der Wohnung und ist bei Problemen immer sofort zur Stelle.
Einer der saubersten Strände direkt in Kalkan, weitere schöne Strände in der Umgebung (z.B. Kaputas, Patara). Für Abenteurer bieten sich die Schluchten Saklikent und Gizlikent an. In der Umgebung kann man auch Paragliden, Reiten, River Raften etc. Wasser-Funsport Aktivitäten werden direkt in Kalkan ebenfalls angeboten.
