Villas are located in a secured compound of 5000m2 greenland with old trees, in a short walking distance to town center-supermarket-mosque,3 km away from highway exit, 3 km away from Sapanca Lake, 5 km to Kartepe.
Each Villa is with 2 floors and 230m2.Each villa has 4 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms; One in downstairs, Three in upstairs, plus living room and kitchen, guest toilet, terrace with roof, 100m2 poolside.
Our hotel is in a central and earthquake-free area of the region. Our villas were built in 2016 according to earthquake regulations and are durable and robust for these kinds of natural disaster. All phases of the construction were inspected by the authorized building inspection firm and ground surveys were carried out.
