Otelia guest house is located in the centre of Ayvalık. All rooms are air-conditioned with free WiFi. The rooms come equipped with a smart flat-screen TV, wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, table and chairs and private bathroom with towels. Guests have access to the garden with a seating area which can be enjoyed at their leisure. The guest house provides a shared kitchen for preparing meals and snacks.

We are a family run business, have been running since 2023 June. Although we are pretty new, we have been really popular and recommended since we opened. I am over 70 years old, running our Otelia Guesthouse with my wife. We also get online help, reservations and inquiries, from my son who also joins us at peak seasons. We do love meeting with people from all over the world. As hosting and caring is coming from our culture we do our work with joy. We are flexible and helpful to all of our guest to please them and make them comfortable as much as we can. It makes us really happy to see our satisfied guests at the end of their stay.

Otelia guesthouse is moments away from the famous Thursday Ayvalik street market and shops, cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance. The historic town of Ayvalik offers relaxed surroundings to relieve the stress of everyday life along the Aegean coast, with the famous Sarımsaklı Beach and Şeytan Sofrası being 10 minutes drive away. Guests can visit Cunda Island (Ali Bey Adası) via boat and regular local public transport. Within Walking distance, there are several boats tour offering great days out for all ages, where you can visit the local islands and hidden bays. The area is renowned for water sports with activities such as snorkelling and diving available in the town. Off street parking is free, when it gets busy there are plenty of private parking places nearby. If you are visiting by car please do not hesitate to contact us for recommendations, directions etc as we have some discount agreements for our guests with some secured car parks near us.
