Our story began 30 years ago by renting summer houses in Datça, Muğla. Our summer house rental adventure, which started with the "Ertem Apart" brand at a time when the internet was not a part of our lives, when transportation between cities and countries was more difficult and even online portals did not yet exist. We grew and developed over time as the service we provided was appreciated. The increase in demand for short and mid term rentals during the pandemic when the travel market entered in a global crisis required us to adapt to this new situation. Due to our experience in short and medium-term rentals and our knowledge of situations where homeowners may need help in this area, we decided to offer the service we were already doing to those who needed it. Ertem Homes is not a real estate buying and selling company. We do not need fancy offices or presentations on giant screens. Without limiting ourselves to working hours, we take into account all the services needed by the accommodation sector and make the utmost effort to make all our guests feel as comfortable as if they were staying in their own homes.

In this magnificent stone house built on a hill in Datça's Hızırşah Village, overlooking the entire village and valley, you can enjoy relaxing in a quiet and calm environment away from the stress of the city center. We offer an ideal environment for nature walks, meditation or just resting. Those who want to stay here should take into account that they will be staying in an isolated structure reached from narrow streets. It is an ideal environment for silence, calmness, rest and production. This exceptional structure consists of two blocks. There are 3 independent rooms in the first block. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. Two of the rooms have double beds. The other has bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 people. The maximum capacity of the house is 8 people. Each room has its own sunbathing and sitting areas in front of it. In the second block, there is a large sitting area, a study and meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen. With its large meeting table and presentation screen in the meeting room, it also creates a great alternative for remote workers. The structure consists of 2 single-storey blocks. The blocks are both ground floors, so there is no need to use stairs. On the other hand, since it was built on a wide and sloping land, it is necessary to climb 6 steps to get from the parking area to the area where the blocks are located. There is also a ramp at the back of the garage to reach this area

The location of the house in Datça Hızırşah Village may be perfect for those looking for a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. However, the location of the house may be isolated for those who do not want to be deprived of the opportunities offered by the city center (market, restaurant, bar, etc.). Hızırşah Village is 7-8 minutes from Eski Datça and 15 minutes from Datça Center by car. You should take into account that the structure is located in a location surrounded by nature. The natural rock structures and low-height stone walls around it may not be suitable for young children. Regarding accessibility; the structure is designed to be reached without climbing steps from the entrance. From the ramp next to the garage entrance, the flat courtyard where 2 blocks are located can be accessed without climbing stairs. There are thresholds on the doors, if notified in advance, it may be possible to arrange a mobile ramp for the door thresholds, but you should ask and confirm this before booking. Although there are no steps in the structure, the floors are covered with pebbles and walking paths made of piece stones have been made. You should also take this into consideration when making your evaluation. There is no additional equipment or accessories for disabled use in the bathrooms.
