We purchased Villa Icon as it immediately captured our hearts. We wanted a home that offered entertainment options and activities for our teenagers while also providing spaces for the adults to relax and rejuvenate. Families will enjoy all of the entertainment options available in the villa, and with a heated pool, hammam, and sauna the villa can be enjoyed year-round. For movie and sports buffs, the cinema room provides a cool escape, and the gym, pool table, and plunge pool will keep active families entertained. The villa is suitable for large groups or two families vacationing together as the layout provides multiple hangout spaces for kids and adults. The villa has incredible views of the Mediterranean and the Taurus mountains behind Kalkan.

There are 3 beach clubs and a deep-sea diving center within a 5-minute walk from the villa and a courtesy shuttle is available. It is a flat, 3-4 minute walk to the local Carrefour supermarket, several excellent and well-reviewed restaurants, two bars, and a coffee shop. The amazing MOC coffee shop, a Migros, and a Macro supermarket are located a further 4-5 minute walk. Kalkan old town is less than 4 minutes by taxi from the villa. Kalkan offers many excellent and well-renowned Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops, a picturesque harbour, and many outdoor cafes that take advantage of the incredible vistas that the village offers.
