“地點鄰近花蓮港區，四樓靠海側陽台可清楚觀賞大船入港、雲量不多時的日出景象，海浪拍打聲絲絲入耳，房間燈具相當具巧思有船舵、星月意象，四樓房型(靠海側)也有提供浴缸，各樓層也有提供飲水機，空調是變頻天氣冷也不怕。”
