“因為有租停車位，店員有交代還鑰匙前，磁扣記得要拿出來，結果朋友竟然忘記了，跟著鑰匙一起歸還了，因為是靠鑰匙感應才能進門，於是被鎖在外面，車也無法取，也無管理員，當時是半夜三點，抱著一點希望打電話給客服，打了兩通，本來無人接聽，心都涼了，但不到三分鐘，竟然！！接到店家的回撥電話幫我們解決問題，真的是太感謝了！！ 讓後面的旅程一切順利”

“非常乾淨舒適，在鬧區裡十分安靜，泡溫泉的浴池雖然不大,但很適合一人泡湯.水的溫度也十分OK,最棒的是我一人獨旅還有兩張餐卷,在奕順軒旁邊很好買東西,是一個CP值很高的泡湯住宿.下次有機會還會來住.”

“辦理入住登記的店員很忙，但是入住說明的很仔細易懂 房間寬敞乾淨明亮，衛浴偏小，但是很夠用 如果在衛浴的窗戶能夠再加上窗簾的話會更棒 住宿的地理位置很棒，到市區吃飯走路不用五分鐘，買伴手禮也不用提很遠才會到 下次有機會再到礁溪，一定會再入住的”
