Welcome to our beautiful beach villa located in Fumba, about 30 minutes drive from Stone Town and 20 minutes drive from the airport. This is the perfect place if you want to get away from noise and stress from the city and tourist areas. The villa is surrounded by mangrove forest and ocean breeze. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the roof terrace, where you can also witness a wonderful sea view. We can also tempt you with our own private bay/cove where you can swim when it is high tide.

We are living in Norway, but available for questions and inquiries from our guests. We have a person in Zanzibar that will be available to our guests.

Our villa is located on the Fumba peninsula in the Menai Bay Conservation Area. We recommend boat trips to different islands in the Menai Bay. A very popular day trip is to Safari Blue. A short drive from the villa you can reach, Fumba Uptown Living, is an innovative residential development project. Fumba as area is constantly evolving. There is still little opportunity for public transport from Fumba to Stone Town. Therefore we recommend our guests to rent a car. The public transport hub is located at Darajani in Stone Town. From there you can get around the island with bus or daladala. Finding the right bus or dalala can be difficult and a bit chaotic, but don't hesitate to ask the residents for help - they are very helpful. If you need any recommandations about places to see and things to do, restaurants to eat or places to see, we will gladly give you suggestions. We will be happy to share our personal favorites with you.
