Zawadi Camp is a ECO-FRIENDLY tented camp located in the most desirable location within the Serengeti National Park, right next to the famed animal migration paths of the area, and only two kilometers away from the Orangi River. Zawadi, or “gift” in Swahili, is a family-run safari camp with a mission to ‘gift’ our guests with a truly life enhancing experience of the Serengeti landscape and inhabitants. With just six guest tents, Zawadi Camp offers a personalized and tailored experience that ensures our guests can bask in the warm African sun, drink in the stunning landscape, and celebrate the native and captivating wildlife of the Serengeti. Our mess tent is equipped with a top quality restaurant and bar where our dedicated team will be able to help you at any time, as well as a relaxing lounge with stunning views of the Serengeti National Park. Your booking will include full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner (excluding drinks).

The camp is centrally positioned in the Kemarishe Hills, 20km north of Seronera. Distance from Seronera Airstrip is 28km (approx. 30 minutes driving time) Distance from Arusha, the nearest national airport, is 330km (approx. 6hrs driving time) Distance from Kilimanjaro, the nearest international airport, is 380km (approx. 7.5hrs driving time) Exact camp location is Latitude: -2.276176 / Longitude: 34.749286 . Roads and tracks in Serengeti can be very challenging. We strongly advise you to use professional drivers/guides to reach our camp. If you are trying to get to our camp by your own means we cannot take responsibility for your trip before arrival at camp.

Please note that accommodation fees do not include any Park fees which are typically $130 per person per night and must be paid directly to the park administrator (TANAPA) at the park gates.

All meals are included on price, breakfast, lunch box for game drive and outside dinner under the tree at night time, after you are invited to enjoy on fire pit hearing wild animals before go to sleep.
