The fine print
Additional house rules :
* There is a recording security camera in the entrance to ensure your safety and to prevent potential negative developments such as violations of house rules.
It will also be used to verify our guests upon check in.
* No third party booking is allowed. The guest must be the person that made the booking. You will present your travel document to the security camera at the entrance on the check-in, to verify your identity.
* Minimum age for guests has to be 25.
* Maximum 2 people on the property at any giving time.
* Please inform us immediately in the event of a break, spill, stain, or damage of any kind in order to devote care as soon as possible.
* Please do not use the electric fireplace to dry your clothes. Do not hang anything on the device.
* In case of fire emergency, use the fire extinguisher in the closet at the entrance.
* Please avoid taking bath towels to the beach; there is a beach towel set available for you next to the bathtub.
* Please avoid splashing water onto the heating rail next to the bathtub.
* Late check out must be approved in advance. Otherwise a fine of 50$ every half an hour will be applied. House rule acceptance code : "Yamas"
