Spoilage or damage to hotel property is considered any action committed by a pet, which led to material damage to the hotel (furniture damage, carpet contamination, scratches on the floor or walls, etc.). In the absence of damage, the money deposit is returned at the end of the stay at the hotel. In case of discovery of damaged or damaged property, the guest is obliged to pay for all damages according to the price list located at the hotel reception. Classification of animals by size:
