This home features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. It's tucked up a hill with a secluded setting but still within 10 minutes or less to Wisp Ski Resort, restaurants, shopping, etc. Up a few steps you will enter this ranch into a large foyer with ample space for coats, shoes, etc., and laundry closet. Open floorplan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen filled with tons of natural light. In the living room is a closet with games and kids toys. Fireplace is for decorative use only. In the kitchen you will find plenty of amenities such as paper towels, hand towels, wash rags, hand soap, dish soap, microwave, electric stove, oven, toaster, blender, to-go containers, select individual condiments including salt and pepper, can of cooking oil spray, Keurig coffee pot and kcup machine as well as single pot packets, kcups, creamer, sugar, and tea. The first bathroom is at the beginning of the hall and is stocked with toilet paper, bath and hand towels for the first two bedrooms, washcloths, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton balls, q-tips, cotton pads, extra toothbrushes, floss picks, and makeup wipes. Hair dryer, curling iron and straightener also provided. Small step stool available for the small kiddos. One bedroom with two twin beds, a nightstand, closet, and luggage rack. Another bedroom with a queen bed as well as a portable twin stored in the closet, luggage rack and closet. Third bedroom has attached bathroom, king bed, storage desk, dresser, and luggage rack. Back deck with lighted gazebo, picnic table, chairs, and a propane grill for cooking. Also outside is a charcoal grill and stone firepit with chairs. ***Just in case there is snow, we require you to have an AWD or 4x4 vehicle to make it up our street.***

We are a growing family residing in the Greater Pittsburgh area who always dreamed of a vacation home that we can easily travel to. We fell in love with this home and look forward to our quick getaways to a home that feels inviting and comfortably fits our family with kids and furry friends. Coffee on the back deck watching for deer and fires at night in the backyard are two of our favorite things! Keep in mind this is our first short term rental and we are trying to give you the best experience possible.

I love how private the neighborhood is that even a lot of locals don't realize it exists. The home is secluded although there are several neighbors that live in the homes year round. Very quiet and peaceful with a great yard and privacy. **Please keep in mind if you are coming in the winter months and there is snow, we require you to have an AWD or 4x4 vehicle to make it up our street.
