A funky yet modern vibe—refreshingly weird might be one way to describe it. :) It is an architectural rarity with lots of luxury. It was originally designed and built by an architect/land developer. The original glory is still largely intact with a bit of an updated and modern flair. After having spent hours in the property I still walk through it with a bit of wonder and awe. It's a tad odd but a bit awe-inspiring. We believe that as we encounter beauty, stop to wonder, get away to refresh, pause to reflect, come in touch with mystery, welcome different, etc we position ourselves to awaken our senses to a deeper more fulfilling existence. The property is in a relatively quiet area. There are other houses around, some of which you can see. However, you have relative privacy. The property is set a bit on top of a hill and a bit isolated from the other houses around. That means you kinda have your own little oasis. Route 209 is closeby which has grocery stores, dining, hardware stores, shopping, and much more. Pretty much everything you will need in regards to regular consumable goods is readily available in less than a 5 min drive. Some of the common vendors within a few minutes are: ★ Wawa ★ Taco Bell ★ Dunkin Donuts ★ McDonalds ★ Dominos Pizza ★ CVS ★ Tractor Supply ★ Price Chopper ★ Perkins Restaurant & Bakery ★ Autozone ★ ESSA Bank For the basics, it's all within minutes. Oh and btw note that the neighborhood is relatively peaceful and quiet. We want to maintain that. Circuses (lol), hoedowns, loud parties, big music speakers, lots of screaming, and hollering do not contribute to that. By all means, have fun and enjoy yourself but just be mindful. The property and neighborhood are amazing. This is not the place to live it up and cause havoc. Rather it is the place to come and relax, connect with friends and family, be refreshed, have fun, get exercise, play some competitive games, go swimming, take a plunge in the cold plunge, and even scream a little lol, steam yourself with the sauna, roast marshmallows around the firepit, etc etc. Have fun by all means and play hard but just consider your surroundings.
