Welcome to 123 Upper Terrace Upper - Avalon Home.
This 2 story, 3 bedroom home is perfect for a relaxing group getaway. Enter the home through the top floor and immediately experience the gorgeous wood flooring and wood beam ceilings. Reminiscent of a ski chalet in the mountains, this home is cozy and comfortable, with multiple couches facing the stunning view. A bench swing hangs from the ceiling near the dining area, The open floor plan allows light to flow in from the sliding glass doors that lead to one of two private balconies.
PLEASE NOTE: THE FIREPLACE SEEN IN THE PHOTOS IS NON-FUNCTIONING.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and stove, ideal for preparing a nice meal at home. On the bottom floor are the 3 bedrooms, with the master leading to the second balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with an intricate frame, while the other two rooms contain queens. A washer and dryer are also located on the bottom floor.
