This charming bi-level duplex combines historic character with modern amenities. With a cozy fireplace and unique layout, it offers a comfortable and inviting space. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the spacious deck with city views or prepare breakfast in the kitchen, which has two skylights for plenty of natural light. The location is perfect for both relaxation and exploration, with a park just a short walk away. Guests have full access to the apartment. The deck has a limit of five people for safety, and if special sleeping arrangements are needed, just let us know in advance. For security, there is a surveillance camera by the entry stairwell, and decibel monitoring devices are in the living room, dining area, and patio. Please note that the handrail leading up to the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area is mounted along the side wall (as shown in the photos), and this listing is not recommended for children or elderly guests. The apartment is older, offering unique charm, but with that comes small quirks—such as slower sink drainage and some sloped ceilings. Whole Foods, local restaurants, a dog park, bars, and shopping are all within walking distance. Plus, 24/7 garage parking is just down the street for added convenience.
