Mountain hiking trails (Mormon trailhead) within walking distance from the home. Neighborhood park is also walking distance from the home with basketball courts, playground, water feature for the kids, ramadas and a large grass area for picnic and frisbee. Shopping and restaurants are located right next to the neighborhood, around a mile away. There are two driveways in the front yard for parking. One is gravel and one is concrete. There is also additional parking in the cul-de-sac. The Mormon trailhead is walking distance from the home with a parking lot next to the trailhead. There is a neighborhood park walking distance from the home with a parking lot that has access to the highland canal. Beach cruisers are included with booking for cruising the neighborhood.
