Welcome to 2054 Beach Wood Villa, a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse-style condo on the south end of Amelia Island! Located in the Beach Wood complex on the ocean side of the Amelia Island Plantation, it is only a 5-minute walk to the seashore! Spacious and tastefully furnished, it’s a breath of fresh air with many highlights, including an updated, stylish kitchen, large patio perfect for hosting (featuring a chiminea for the cooler nights), a view of the lake, a newly renovated second full bathroom (not currently pictured), and a massive main suite with an airy sitting space and private balcony. Enjoy lots of time in the complex pool that is very private and quiet when not lounging on the picture-perfect beach. This villa is truly the ideal location for a relaxing getaway! **Please note that dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a total maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered. For those active visitors seeking adventure, the biking/walking trails on the resort are top notch! Approximately seven miles of trails will take you to some of the resort's points of interest, such as Aury Island, Drummond Point Park and Walker's Landing.  Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Miniature golf and the nature center are a short walk away. Golf is also available within the AIP at Little Sandy, as well as multiple other great courses on the island. Tee times can be scheduled online. At the shopping village, bike and golf carts can be rented to explore the larger community. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is a 20-minute drive north on the island and has fantastic restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Driving south on A1A will take you to the Talbot Islands, beautiful nature preserves known for gentle hiking and excellent birding opportunities.  As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more!
