New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

As you pull up to this traditional style beach cottage, you will see the ocean beckoning you at the end of the road! Beautiful mature plants and flowers great you as you walk through the white gate to this home.  You enter on the large sun porch and instantly realize this is where you will spend a good amount of your time just relaxing and people watching from your first cup of coffee to your evening libation!  To the left on the porch is a large dining table with plenty of seating for the whole family. Off to the right is a comfy couch and flat screen tv to watch the Red Sox beat the Yankees!!  As you enter the main part of the cottage through the glass slider you'll find the family room with couch, bistro table and large flat screen tv.  The kitchen is in the back of the home just through the family room to the left, with fridge, stove, microwave and all you will need to enjoy family dinners  or even a clam bake! Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen table or head out to the back patio to dine al fresco! The fully fenced in back patio is draped with mature flowering plants, an outdoor shower, shed for your beach items, grill and ample seating!  BBQ Grill is hooked up to gas line so no propane tanks needed! Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, dresser and bureau and A/C unit to keep you cool Bedroom #2 across the hall has 2 twin beds, a closet, dresser and A/C unit to keep you cool. Bathroom #1 is in the hallway just off the family room and has a stand up shower, toilet and sink. For your convenience, there is a washer / dryer in basement - please use bulkhead to access from outside. Whether you start your morning off with a traditional outdoor shower, a stroll to Zylpha beach or coffee on the porch, it's all up to you how you make memories that last a lifetime!
