Welcome to our Three Bedrooms in Modern Brooklyn Home! All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has light switches with two different settings(white & brown). The accommodation grants you free Wi-Fi, private access to a balcony with a street view, and many amenities to make your time here even more enjoyable! It is designed with acoustic fabric panels throughout the apartment walls, giving it an elegant, stylish element. All rooms are also equipped with central air conditioning where you can control the temperature to whatever best fits your needs. *Please read* To enter the estate, no key or keycard is needed; the doors have codes that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. You will NOT have access to all 3 floors; only the 2nd floor that is shown in the images. Check-in time is after 3 pm & Check-out time is at 11am noon. Parking is NOT private. It is regular free street parking. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors and those who are suspected of it will be banned from booking with us. Thank you!

I enjoy hosting because I love going on trips. I am interested in traveling to places I've never been to, especially beautiful places! *PLEASE READ* When reserving with us please be sure to search the location up on maps to see if it is suitable for your tastes. Keep in mind that the area is not a touristic so it is not cleanest or the quietest. While its not dangerous, its best to stay aware when alone at night. The area offers many bodegas on each corner, supermarkets nearby, a variety of fast-food restaurants, and parks within walking distance. It is also in close proximity to the train station on Cleveland Street that offers the J train!
