Location is paramount at this beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Villa on the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP)! Enjoy a trifecta of views as soon as you open the door to 3050 Club Villas! You can take in the marsh, intercostal waterway, and beautiful Pete Dye-designed Oak Marsh Golf Course from the expansive, open living space and main bedroom suite.  Our two-level villa is laid out in a townhouse style, with the living area downstairs and the sleeping quarters upstairs. The fully-equipped galley kitchen, dining table that seats six, and comfortable den face a whole wall of windows affording idyllic nature views. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a private balcony and attached full bathroom. The main suite offers a King Bed and the guest bedroom offers two Twin Beds. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room are downstairs. The socially-connected traveler will appreciate the complimentary high-speed wireless internet, and there is a desk station upstairs for remote workers.  Kick back and relax on the comfortable indoor sofa or on the patio after exploring the AIP community’s miles of walking/biking trails. Needing to cool off after a long walk or beach visit? The large Club Villas West pool is simply steps away! As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals. *Please note that dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a total maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created.

The Club Villas complex is located in the award-winning Amelia Island Plantation (AIP). The lushly-foliaged, award-winning community is a sprawling 1,340-acre paradise with multiple playgrounds, recreation areas, and the fresh water Red Maple Lake to fish from. Rent bikes or a golf cart through a local vendor to easily weave throughout. The Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP, offers dining, shopping, and spa services. For golfers, the Little Sandy course is open for play. (Oak Marsh is currently restricted to Omni guests.) Bike and golf cart rentals are also available nearby. Travelers may also wish to venture north by car to the charming Historic District of Fernandina Beach or to visit Fort Clinch State Park.  *Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.
