The property was completely updated in the Spring of 2022 including brand new appliances and furniture! This 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, walk-in closet, dual vanity bathroom, jetted tub, and separate shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds (which are convertible to a king upon request). There are 2 portable air conditioners, one in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Wood floors are heated throughout for those cold winter nights. The lower-level family room has plenty of games for the kids, a Smart TV and direct access to the outdoor private hot tub. This level also hosts two additional bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. This home is ideally located right next to the town of Vail bus stop and just a few minutes away from Vail Village. Easy access to great bike trails including Vail Pass, hiking, tennis, pickleball, and golf. There is also an oversized 2 car garage that allows for ample room for you to store your skis, bikes, and gear. East Vail Getaway is the perfect home to gather in a quiet environment with excellent access to all the Vail Valley has to offer. Long term stays welcome!
