The condo is located in a gated resort which includes an oceanfront pool, 10 lighted tennis courts, pro tennis shop, fully equipped fitness center, racquetball court, outdoor barbecue areas, a kiddie pool and playground, basketball court, bike rental (eBikes are not permitted on the property.), indoor sports bar, pizzeria w/ delivery to condo, and shared coin-operated laundry facility. Unbeatable location close to several golf courses, miles of bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Quick walk, bike ride or drive to many unique experiences including whale watching, fishing, etc. Getting around There's a fare-free trolley that stops within the community. Starting April 10 (through Labor Day) the Breeze Trolley makes exploring the island easy.
