Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa. This recently renovated, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped condo is ready to host you for an unforgettable vacation. This 4th floor condo offers all the comforts of home, with its completely stocked kitchen, new high-end king mattress for the master bedroom, new furnishings in the second bedroom offering a queen-size bed, two fully renovated bathrooms, and an open floor plan for hosting. The convertible couch in the living room and ottoman foldout bed in the second bedroom offer additional sleeping accommodations if needed. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach chairs, are provided for guests' convenience. Ocean Place is part of the private, gated community of Summer Beach Resort. It is conveniently located right next door to the world-class Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa. Many guests enjoy walking over there to enjoy the dining, spa, and special festivities. Our condo is closest to the Harris Teeter grocery store (there are two more groceries within a 10-minute drive though) and there are many restaurants nearby, including Lagniappe, Pogo's Kitchen, and Bantam & Biddy. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is about a 15-minute drive north.
