Guests of this home are provided with one parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a library, restaurants, golf and walking trails. Step inside and discover a thoughtfully designed home spread across 2 levels, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and create lasting memories without ever feeling crowded.
